Patron Registration

Registration secures a previewing of the auction items, hors d'oeuvres, drinks and entertainment from 5- 6 p.m. and a seat at the awards dinner ceremony and auction from 6- 11 p.m. at the cost of $65.  Please complete the form below, which will take you to our Paypal page.

Table Registration (for eight)

Register for a table of eight for the awards dinner & auction (for $320) or the entire evening, including the patron reception (for $480).  Please complete the form below, which will take you to our Paypal page.

Thanks to many generous donations for the 2009 Annual Awards Dinner & Auction, SELF was able to serve more than 9,390 low-income households in Butler County last year.  If you would like to donate to SELF's biggest fundraiser of the year, click the donate button to the left.  Please designate donations to the "Annual Awards Dinner & Auction" in the Special Instructions to the Seller section.

  • Standard registration: $45 reserves seat(s) to the awards dinner ceremony and auction on March 27 from 6- 11 p.m.
  • Patron registration: $65 reserves a place at the Patron Reception, held prior to the awards ceremony from 5- 6 p.m. to preview the auction items, with light hor ‘devours, two free drink tickets and entertainment. This also reserves a seat at the awards ceremony and auction from 6- 11 p.m.
  • Table registration: $320 reserves a table of eight for the awards ceremony and auction. (This is an $80 discount)
  • Table registration: $480 reserves a table of eight for Patron Reception + Awards Dinner & Auction: $480
