16th ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER & AUCTION- DANCING UNDER THE STARS


Please join us in celebrating another year of success with SELF's 16th Annual Awards Dinner and Auction on Saturday, March 24 at 6 p.m. at Receptions in Fairfield. This year's theme is Dancing Under the Stars: The 1970s.

Standard Registration

Standard registration gives you access to SELF's Awards Dinner & Auction from 6 to 11 p.m. at a cost of $50 in advance. Please complete the form below, which will take you to our Paypal page or write a check to SELF. If you choose to pay at the door the day of the event, please note the cost is $65 and advanced registration, either by phone or via the website, is requested.  

Patron Registration

Registration secures a previewing of the auction items, hors d'oeuvres, wine tasting and entertainment from 5 to 6 p.m. as well as a seat at the awards dinner from 6 to 11 p.m. at the cost of $80. Please complete the form below, which will take you to our Paypal page or send a check to SELF. Please note: patrons must RSVP no later than March 9. No upgrades will be permitted at the door.

Table Registration (for ten)

Register for a table of ten for the Awards Dinner & Auction for $450, or for the entire evening, including the patron reception, for $750.  Please complete the form below, which will take you to our Paypal page.

Thanks to many generous donations for the 2011 Annual Awards Dinner & Auction, SELF was able to serve more than 6,000 low-income households in Butler County last year.  If you would like to donate to SELF's biggest fundraiser of the year, click the donate button to the left.  Please designate donations to the "Annual Awards Dinner & Auction" in the Special Instructions to the Seller section.
