17th ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER & AUCTION
DANCING UNDER THE STARS: Swing Edition

Please join us at SELF's 17th Annual Awards Dinner and Auction on Saturday, April 13 at 6 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott in Hamilton.

This year's theme is Dancing Under the Stars: Swing Dance Edition. Entertainment, swing dance demonstrations and dance lessons will be provided by Ohio Ballroom with Michael Scoggins and his associates.

We will also celebrate another year of agency successes and name the 2013 SELF Clients of the Year and the Janet Clemmons Community Service Award winner. Please RSVP now and join us for a wonderful evening.

Registration:

Tickets for SELF's Awards Dinner & Auction are $60 each if paid in advance or register for a table of ten at the reduced cost of $550. Advanced registration, either by phone or via the website, is required by April 1.

If you choose to pay at the door the day of the event, please note the cost is $75.
