WHAT IS THE AID TO THE HOMELESS PROGRAM?


 

The main goal of the Aid to the Homeless program is to help clients identify the issues contributing to their situation and define ways to overcome barriers to self-sufficiency.  Support specialists assist clients with temporary transportation to medical appointments and employment (if employed at that time), refer them to potential job opportunities and assist them in finding permanent, affordable housing.
