PROJECT 2 EMPOWER AND EMPOWER ONE

Project 2 Empower and Empower One are an education and employment programs that are tailored to each client in order to better help him or her map out and achieve the "Steps to Success."  While working with one of SELF's support specialists, clients are linked to a network of services and resources throughout the community that will help them achieve their dreams and foster a positive financial lifestyle. 

Project 2 Empower is offered at SELF's Hamilton, West Chester and Middletown locations.  Empower One is offered to Oxford, Ohio residents.

What can participants do?

  • Gain opportunities for better employment through job search assistance, resume preparation, and interview-quality clothing
  • Complete necessary educational and vocational courses
  • Create a realistic budget for their lives
  • Receive short-term transportation to work
  • Develop a path to achieve and maintain personal independence
