WEATHERIZTION INTAKE

SELF and the Community Action Partnership of the Greater Dayton Area (CAP) are partnering to increase accessibility of the Weatherization Program in Butler County. SELF will serve as Butler County’s Weatherization Intake Center while CAP will continue to provide the actual weatherization measures for eligible households that apply for the service.


  1. WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
  • Consumers whose income is within 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level
  • Consumers who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Consumers who qualify for or who are participants in the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP)
  • Renters, with their landlord's approval, can receive weatherization services
